Budget Friendly Wedding Ceremony Fees
Wedding ceremony fees apply to conduct all valid marriages in Australia. This means that fees and associated costs to book a Celebrant for a wedding within Australia will vary. As a community-based Registered Marriage Celebrant, I offer budget friendly wedding fees to plan and conduct a wedding ceremony.
Fair and Flexible Wedding Ceremony Fees
Are you looking for quality wedding ceremony services for fees that are fair and flexible? You choose the wedding ceremony services that you are looking for and I explain the relevant fees and charges clearly to you. This way you have control over what services you require to be included. For example, you may choose to hold your wedding ceremony at a venue that is in my local area. In this case, there would be no travel charges. However, where I am required to travel to a venue outside my local area, reasonable and fair travel charges would apply.
Once we agree on the scope of service, you pay the quoted fees and charges in two payments. This means that not only do you benefit from fees that are fair, but you also have the benefit of flexible payments.
- The non-refundable booking fee of $200 when you book me as your Celebrant.
- The balance of the quoted fees (less the already paid booking fee of $200) at a later time, according to the agreed Detailed Terms and Conditions of Service.

You choose exactly what you want for your ceremony.
- When – any date of the year, and at any time of the day and evening.
- Where – any place on land, sea or air. Indoors, outdoors, garden, chapel, private home, function centre, park, beach, on a boat, ship or in an aircraft.
- Your Wedding Ceremony – just the way you want it!
Diamond Heart Wedding Ceremony

- Wedding Ceremony that is Bespoke and Personal (just for you).
- Personal Wedding Vows that are delightful.
- Wedding Readings and Poems (of your choice).
- Rituals that delight and bring smiles to faces.
Diamond Heart Ceremony fees start at $600 and include:
- Presentation Marriage Certificate (given to you on the day).
- All communications (emails, telephone calls).
- Notice of Intended Marriage when you confirm your Ceremony Booking.
- Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal at the final meeting before the ceremony.
- All legal Marriage Documents to register your marriage with the relevant Australian State or Territory Registrar of Births, Deaths and Marriages.
- PA system (battery operated and wireless microphones).

Short and Sweet Micro Wedding Celebration:
- Elopement-style ceremony (just the Bride, Groom, two Witnesses and Celebrant). OR
- Registry-style ceremony (simple and relaxed)
Bright Heart Ceremony fees start at $500 and include:
- Presentation Marriage Certificate (given to you on the day).
- All communications (emails and telephone calls).
- Notice of Intended Marriage when you confirm your Ceremony Booking.
- Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal at the final meeting before the ceremony.
